Step One
Navigate to the analytics section of the action center you want to edit:

Click the "Settings" button on the top right of the page and select "Edit Action Center"
Step Three
Depending on what you want to edit (targets, action center interface, etc.), navigate to
the appropriate step of the action center creation wizard and make your changes.
Note: You do not have to re-add the target legislators to your action center during this process. If you don't intend to change the targets, you can bypass that step.
Step Four
Scroll down to the bottom of the page and press "Save and Continue." From there you can navigate away from the page and all of your changes will be saved.
