With Muster, it's super easy to implement subject line rotation for your advocate messages. Doing this gives your messages to elected officials a little extra layer of variability that helps them stand out.
So how do I set up subject line rotation for my action center?
Once you've reached Step 3 of creating an action center (Target Messages/Talking Points), you'll want to make sure your action center is set up for Message Rotation.
Go ahead and create your first message.
When you've finished creating your first message, hit the duplicate message button. This will create Message 2. When editing Message 2 simply change the subject line to be different from the subject line that is in Message 1.
Repeat this process as many times as you'd like. We would recommend having 3 subject lines.
These subject lines will rotate automatically as the action center is served to advocates.
