Email broadcasts (and action alerts!) can be scheduled to send at any time up to three (3) days in advance. This ensures your message reaches your recipients at just the right time, even if it's not right now.

Scheduling a broadcast send

To schedule a broadcast, simply select "Send at a scheduled time" and pick the date and time at which your email should be sent.

Cancelling a scheduled broadcast

  1. Find your "scheduled" broadcast in your account and click "View Details"

    2. Click the "cancel send" in the top right of the page
    ​

3. You'll now see your broadcast is back in a "draft" state:

4. From there you can click "View Details" to go back in and make edits to the broadcast or schedule a new time for it to be sent.
