Note: Contact forms are only available to customers subscribed to the Muster CRM. If you wish to add the CRM to your subscription, please reach out to our team via intercom or email.

Contact forms are the answer whenever you want to create a landing page or widget for contacts to sign up to your lists but don't need them to take action with their elected officials.

Where can I find Forms?

Click the “lists” dropdown in the navigation bar and click on the “forms” button from there.

  • To start the process of creating a new contact form, click on the green “Create New Contact Form” button.

Building and formatting your contact form.

Similar to creating an Action Center in Muster — you get a handful of branding and information options such as:

  • Background, text, and button color

  • Headline text

  • Image or video (Youtube or Vimeo embed)

  • Description information

You can also attach custom fields to the particular form you're building to acquire more information about those signing up through your form.

Don't forget the thank you! 🙏

The last, but definitely not least, step — thanking your new advocates!

Muster supplies a pre-filled message, but it's important to customize this to fit your organization and more importantly, your form. Make sure you thank them for signing up for what you're asking them to sign up for.

This is also a great place to gain some extra value from your sign-up forms and Muster subscription by linking a donation page or another link from your website.

Your form is ready for the world

Now that your form is ready, you can copy the sign-up link and link it to your website. You can also embed the form directly onto your website and capture walk-ups from your website.
